When preparing release agent, the amount of fluorine-containing compounds is very small. It is suitable for thermosetting resin, thermoplastic resin and various rubber parts. The surface of molded products is smooth and clean, and the secondary processing performance is excellent. It is especially suitable for the demoulding of fine electronic components.

3. Silicone release agent: Silicone release agent is prepared from organosiloxane as raw material. Its advantages are good heat resistance, moderate surface tension, easy to form a uniform isolation film, and long release life. The disadvantage is that there is an oily surface on the surface of the product after demoulding, and the surface of the secondary processing tab must be cleaned. Commonly used are silicone oil, silicone rubber, emulsified silicone oil and silicone grease. Silicone release agent is the mainstream product of rubber and plastic release agent in the middle market at present, and is widely used in the processing of polyurethane, rubber, and other resins.

4. Wax (oil) series release agent is characterized by low price, good adhesion performance, and the disadvantage is that it pollutes the mold. Its main varieties are:

① Vaseline for industrial use, directly used as release agent; ② Paraffin wax, directly used as release agent; ③ Sulfonated vegetable oil, directly used as release agent; ④ Printing and dyeing oil (Türkiye red oil, Taikoo oil), lotion made by adding 0.9~2 parts of printing and dyeing oil to 100 parts of boiling water, has better demoulding effect than soapy water; ⑤ Polyethylene glycol (relative molecular weight 200~1500) is directly used for demoulding of rubber products.
