Is the vulcanization label only used in the tire industry?

The vulcanization label is designed for the application of tire curing process. The curing temperature can reach 200 ℃, and the curing temperature can reach higher in a    short time. However, the user must test it. The polyester is waterproof, slightly acid, salt and alkali, most oil stains, oil and low fat solvent.

This material provides clear imaging technology, uses special resin carbon tape to print through barcode printer, and can prevent friction and chemical reaction during    tire manufacturing. This label can also be used for printing of non-coated labels.

The adhesive is a multi-purpose insoluble adhesive rubber-type emulsion. The emulsion is designed to provide good adhesion during the tire curing process, and thelabel is bonded to the tire after curing.

In order to distinguish easily, the emulsion is black, brown and gray-black. This material can also be used for large-scale automatic application with automatic labeling machine. The price depends on the material, size, pattern and other factors of the product.
