Typical Properties
Components stearate, superfine high polymer anti-tack  powder, suspension  agent and special surfactant.
pH value 9- 11 (3% solution)
Appearancegray white or yellow white powder
Application Methods

Rubber Anti-tack Agent TG-801

· Rubber Anti-tack agent TG-801 needs to be made into a certain concentration of water solution, and then used it.

· According to the set solution concentration, the quantity of clear water is taken and poured into the container, then the quantity of TG-801 Rubber Anti-tack agent is added while stirring. A homogeneous aqueous solution can be obtained by stirring for 30-60 minutes.

· The solution of TG-801 Rubber Anti-tack agent can be made quicker and better by using heating equipment.

Recommend Concentration

Usually, we recommend to mix the Rubber Anti-tack agent with water according to the setting ratio about 1:40~1:50, so it can form a kind of water dispersion solution with a concentration about 2%~2.5%, and this will has a good anti-tack effect. The accurate concentration will be decided according to the testing result in customer's factory.
