The role of tire internal and external spraying

Internal spraying is applied to the inner surface of the green tire (usually used for semi steel tires) to prevent adhesion between the capsule and the inner surface of the tire during vulcanization.

External spraying is applied to the outer surface of the raw tire (usually used for all steel heavy-duty tires), mainly to increase the flow of rubber on the outer surface of the raw tire during vulcanization and prevent the occurrence of rubber deficiency. It can completely remove oil and dirt from tires and has a protective effect to prevent tire hardening. After spraying, the tires can be restored to their original black color, which is smooth, shiny, and free from dirt.
